  I think you all are doing an amazing job with the game, and i can't wait until around mid-july when i am sitting in my living room and starting my fist Legend. However, there are a few things i have in mind that will make this years game one that people will be still playing in late June next year.

        1. Improve on the story line of the Legend and Dynasty Mode by maybe having a more detailed espn.com site or bring               back espn the magazine like with early editions of the game so that there is more hype around Legend stars or break out teams that might have a chance to go all the way. Also, i think it would be pretty cool if in Legend mode, the recruiting of your player was a pretty big deal. You could do that by making a Signing day where your player makes a decision on national news and gets a lot of coverage from the press if he is really talented.

        2. Bring back some old additions to the game like create a team, pontiac greatest games, lower division teams, and rivilary mode. They may have seemed to be bad or lame additions, but with a little improvement on both, they could expand the time that people are still interested in the game.

        3. Lastly, i think you all should try to make improvements on the coverage of the acutally gameplay by making a pregame show and a postgame show. It would add a bit more spice to rivilary and big time games.

      Like i said, i think you all are doing a wonderful job with the game. I remember in 2000 when i fist played the title at a friends house, and i thought it was awesome then. But because you all have made so many improvements to the game, its hard to try not to  give my opinion to make it as good as possible. Well, i know you are probably extremely busy, but if you do have a chance to look at this, i hope you will take my input into consideration. I feel that i share some of the same thoughts as other fans, so maybe this will give you an idea of what the majority of us want. Thanks for everything

  Great feature! I've enjoyed the ability to join conferences during dynasty mode in the past, but the ability to actually create an all-new conference is even better. Can you restructure the conference during your dynasty, though? Say you get four years in and want to leave the conference you're in and become an independant or join another conference, is that possible?

  One thing you could add is scouting reports for the users in the dynasty.  Kind of how they use to have in Madden for the old gen systems.  Nothing over the top just showing the uers top 3 offensive and defensive plays of the users so we can gameplan around that and at least have an idea of how the user plays.  That would be great.

  A nice addition...but, can we change which conferences get automatic BCS bids?  Say I want to bring back the Southwest Conference, and turn the Big 12 back into the Big 8.  The only BCS conference with 8 teams is the Big East, so I'd have make the Big 8 the Big East, and the Southwest Conference would have 8 teams as well, and I'd probably have to make them the Sun Belt since it's the only other conference with the correct number of teams.  But then the Big 8 would be getting in automatically, and the Sun Belt of course would not, and that would very uncool.  Also, how big of a recruiting hit will it be?  I know conference prestige is only one rating of 12, but if like your example, Ohio State is in the MAC, will they be getting 60th rated recruiting classes in a few years?

  stupid waste of TIME. your suppose to make the game more realistic not add stuff to the game that will NEVER happen.. How do u worry about getting the smaller schools who are catching up more BCS conference invites then having everyone in an online dynasty cry cause they have to face a user EVERY WEEK with ridicilous made up conferences. you must not read the FORUMS at all you could have done way more to the game then " made-up" garbage.cpu games in dynasty offers a reprieve and user DO lose to the cpu. take it for someone who been playing your game since 04' NOT NEEDED.

  I have also been playing since '04 and I love this. I play as UTEP so its hard to get a BCS bid. You dont have to use it if you dont want it. its just something else that the gamer has control of. I also would like the feild and jersey logos to change though.

  Although you guys have a great idea going, it seems as though you just read the forums and jumped straight into this feature without really giving it a lot of thought. With this feature not fully developed or thought out, changing a team from one conference to another could mean that the names of the teams change, but the players, jerseys and everything else stay in the regular conference. Or, the biggest problem you guys will have is, the way recruiting will shape out now. Like someone said before me, how is conference prestige gonna play out now?? Will Ohio State, or Florida have a decrease in getting top recruits if they play in the Sun Belt? This can make or break you now. It's good you are trying to reach out to what the community wants this year, but unless you make all these non-gameplay features actually work, and make some drastic but realistic changes to the actual gameplay, this game will just be a roster update from 09'.Unless you already sorted out all the things that could happen (which I doubt you guys did), this feature is gonna be a bust.

  If you look at it where it is helpful that you can get all your dynasty friends in one conference, it is a great idea and feature. But then when you figure out all the things it will do to ruin the 0nline (or offline) dynasty, it is a terrible feature to include. Like I said before, this will make or break you and NCAA 10. Do it right, make it work, and don't let it screw up dynasty mode.

  Great stuff. Running multiple dynasties, like I do, will get a lot easier with this feature. Now I can satisfy more coaches by giving them their favorite teams and still confine play into 3 dynasties instead of 6.

  Nice update but when are we going to hear about the gameplay. I would like to see the defensive adjustments you guys made cuz it's way to easy to score on the CPU. Also, can you bring back the 07 mini games from the old gen?

  what would be cool is if you could bring the nfl headcoah aspect into the ncaa10 football game. make it so that in order to make it to the madden version you have to win in the college ranks. make it so that you can also play online and actually have the same graphics as the regular online dynasty game. make an online coaching dynasty. i think this would eleminate cheesing, cheating and all other bad aspects cheaters bring to the game now.  If you would add this aspect, you would indeed have the greatest sports sim game ever created...

  The only way this feature would be cool is if you could add 1-aa schools into a conference or a create a team.  Moving a team around will damage the realism as well as the in-conference rivalries.  Why would someone want to get rid of OSU out of the Big 10 just because they don't like them???  There's no pleasure in avoiding a team because you don't like them just be a man and BEAT THEM!

  Great addition fellas. I'm looking forward to adding some of the old teams from the original Wac conference when I played. I hope the development team is still looking at adding some pre-snap footage when the players are walking up to the line of scrimmage, like you did in ncaa07. I thought that really added to the feel of a game on TV.

  not really a big addition especially since you were able to have custom conferences in the ps2/xbox versions of the game so its just an old feature that finally made it to the new systems. And those that want realistic dynasties they won't even use this. This feature would be nice if create-a-team was in the game but i'd much rather hear about improvements to the gameplay because like someone said the defense in the game is absolutley horrible. Most of the games i'd play would be scores in the 40s,50s & 60s, because neither team could make a stop so it was just a shootout all the time.

  All the improvements we've heard about Madden have been about getting the gameplay realistic and improving the gameplay while so far with NCAA we've heard about:

  new super sim screen(never once used supersim)

  autopass (will never use)

  endzone art for bowl games

  custom conferences

  the only gameplay we heard about was through the Madden previews where they said procedral awareness would also be in NCAA. If they had said all these features they talk about with Madden also are in NCAA then i'd be happpy and wouldn't mind that we've just heard about the gimmicky stuff but lets get to the gameplay because thats the most important thing.

  No game play improvments = NO purchse for me!  Show some gameplay and player model improvments instead of wasting our time with these cosmetic changes to a crappy 09 NCAA Football edition.  I refuse to buy NCAA Football 2010 if field goal nets, field goal flags, and the ability to create a new conference are the only changes i will see

  Not trying to lay on the negativity here, but I agree that while this is a nice and much-needed addition, this game needs gameplay improvements more than anything. The Madden updates have been all about how they are trying to make the game feel real gameplay-wise, these updates are mostly minor things that, as some above me have mentioned, could adversely affect gameplay.  Until I see updates about how the game is going to play better, this is still a no-go for me.  The prospect of custom conferences is nice, but if it means that the recruiting system is going to be even more screwed up than it was last year, it could lead to the straw that breaks the camel's back for my friends an I with this series.

  Just as a side comment to this: Why are we forced to keep conferences at their original sizes? If you're going to have this feature at all, why can't we be allowed to completely restructure the conference?  Say I want Notre Dame to join the Big-10, you're forcing me to kick out Northwestern or Indiana or something.  Why can't the Big-10 become a 12 team conference and then make them play a conference championship after building divisions for it?  Why can't I make the PAC-10 become another conference that plays a championship game?  And yeah, why can't I turn the Big 12 back into the Big 8 by just kicking the Texas teams out of the mix rather than cobbling everything together by finding conferences with the "right" number of teams?  I understand the ease this will bring to some online dynasties, but I get the feeling it's not being very fleshed out and is going to have issues...

  The ideas of a customizing your conference is great but i also beliveve that adding the option of choosing which type of post season you could choose from at the end of the season would be cool also. you could choose from having your traditonal bcs bowl games or you could choose to have 15 team playoff that will decide your national championship you could use this in the dynasty mode or legend mode. i also think that allowing the commentators to talk aabout last years games and show highlights from the past would be extra cool. plus interviews with the players and coaches after and before the game post game interviews and national signing day would really be a great idea for the game.

  XBOX360 DYNASTY! I JUST NEED ONE!

  I have an On-line Dynasty. We have been playing for 15 dynasty seasons & have recently switched conferences 2 give us a new feel & fresh start. We r now n the Pac10. We moved 2 this conference bcuz we firmly believe the true excitement comes from head 2 head play. We r n the 1st season since the move & have run n2 a problem.. we lost a player recently dropping us down 2 8 humans. We usually 4ward every 48 hrs. Or until every1's done. The Team available is OregonSt. they r currently 3-2.. They need a gd coach who is willing 2 build them up & make them gr8. If u always wanted 2 play n a Dynasty that has NO CHEESE.   why does it seem that every time the ncaa football guys add features they always screw it up.  what good is it to make custom conferences if you can't REALLY make custom conferences?? for years fans and media alike have wondered why Notre Dame isn't in the Big 10.  But apparently you can't just add Notre Dame into the Big 10 (which would make sense of course), you also have to take a team out.  So we are stuck with a goofball 11 team conference.  I don't understand why they don't sit down and hammer these small details out???????  Wouldn't it make sense if we could add teams to each conference so that we could have Six BCS conferences that each have 12 teams.  And wouldn't it make sense to give us the ability to add a conference championship game to each conference.  If you are going to give us a new feature, don't half-A$$ it.  This will be another useless feature that no one will really utilize.  And everyone will wonder why they spent so much time screwing this feature up instead of actually improving on the field game play, which is what we spend 90% of our time with when we actually play the game

  great addition you guys at EA. I love that fact that you are listening to us and taking into consideration what we are saying. For all the people out here that keep on complaining about the game play, they can read they know that it needs work and they are probably working on it as we speak. You can't rush them since the game had problems with it especially on defense. Give them time and they will provide the updates for ncaa 10. Remember you still got 4 months til it comes out, plenty of time to make drastic improvements to them. Be patient

  That is great that you are allowing us to customize a conference.  I would also like to see the ability to leave the conferences the same, take a 1 star school and build them up until a power conference offers them a spot, much like the off line dynasty.

  If you are willing to restructure the game in this way why not allow for a choice in post-season mode?  IE a playoff system we could choose to use or not?  This would make online dynasties even better.

  Will the "next gen" versions ov NCAA 10 now have the FCS teams (Div-1aa) teams as per the PS2 version???

  I'd like to see em on the 360 and PS3 versions.

  The custom conference idea is a great one! I play in a online dynasty that use's the Big 12. I got lumped with Iowa State and the guy who was allocated Baylor soon got pissed at getting hammered also! So 10/10 to EA sports for this one! Im my opinion the NCAA range of games is the BEST football game on the market! Yes I play Madden but it just isn't as good as NCAA!

  Great idea, keep up the good work! I like all the new additions, and can't wait to see what else you guys have planned. I'm really hoping that you make the game feel more like it is in real life, i.e. more team-specific traditions and such, pre-game and post-game shows, the bands, and more crowd interaction. I want to feel like it's the same ESPN style experience you get on tv. Can you tell I'm longing for football season again?

  I have posted on here before and mentioned some things about new player accessories and and new equipment and the pre game and post game and team entrances and stuff like that but i also think EA needs to get teams jerseys right. like Arkansas' jerseys on this years game werent even the right ones they didnt have the white tusks on the sides of the jersey and i would like to see the right jerseys put in

  thanks so much i have been playing since 06 and been waiting for this feature i play with southern miss and now i can bring south florida back to c usa and cincinatti and kick marshall out. one thing that i want to see is more scouting info i would love that show footage of the prospect playing go see game that would be great and be realistic nobody can run a 4.16 except for about 5 people if that and the difference in speed is awful i can have a 93 speed guy have a 20 yard lead on someone with 95 speed and get caught i hope u add these things thanks for listening

  your campus legend drills from the old gen were the best. my friend doesn't know anything about football and that year i taught him how to play option attack and we got hooked on it. here's some easy fixes i found when i was playing Campus Legend last night.

  1) Can you fix the camera when we are on punt return.

  2) My QB can't manually put anyone in motion.

  3) Maybe you could bring back the academic quiz and mid term from 07 on the old gen. That was fun but take off with the idea.

  I agree with everyone that says Division 1AA/FCS teams need to be put back into the game. There should be an option to have those teams work their way up to the FBS or at least the old way where you just selected the D1-AA team and subbed out a D1 to take its spot (Like in the PS2). Also the game should bring the feature where the user decides how the end of the season is determined like on the PSone game in 2001 or 2000 the user had the option to choose between playoff or bowl games. In the tournament/playoff option the teams not invited to the playoffs got to go to the other minor bowl games. With the way technology has advanced it would be too much to ask to make these changes to enhance the game.

  FCS/Divion1 AA teams like Texas State have over 25,000 students are currently trying to move up to FBS by expanding their stadium and increase ticket sales. To make the game more realistic FCS teams should be added with Dynasty options where this can be done.  by SFA_jacks on

  More over, put Division 1AA teams back in the game.  I've bought the game since '96, but took off the last 2 years because when the game moved to PS3 the D1-AA teams didn't go with and I went to D1-AA school; so I couldn't play it without the team.

  hey we want a compleate game every year i buy this game its my favorite game from the Bill Walsh College Football Gaming days to todays present series i have played them all and some i really loved and others i was kind of irate about but the main things were the missing schools,division,Conferences,mascot and logos

  hey all of us love our Division I FBS schools but some us love our div 1 fcs,div 2,div 3 and naia schools as well and while we talking about custom Conferences will you be adding the past Conferences logos that have either been disbanded or merged that would be a nice touch for creating custom Conferences and will say your team leaves one Conference when they start in the new Conference will the new Conference logo be on the field and uniforms

  also have it that when we change the logo that it does not affect the team colors because many times with the team colors and logos tend to blend into each other on the helmet and does not stand out like it should

  how bout you devs just give us a option of having a playoff like you did back in the ps1 hayday of ncaa football.  that would make every online dynasty better. having custom conf is cool and all but at the end of the day, only 1 team will play for the NC. At least with a playoff system, you could have more depth at the end of the season in which teams are awarded for a good season by being in the playoff and you never know. If you do it right, maybe the NCAA would adopt you playoff system into real college football. The BCS is a joke. True champs win in the playoffs. not by a computer generated poll.

  Oh, and keep the add music feature but please do just a little research and add all the school fight songs. I am more than willing to travel to all 120 schools and get audio copies of all thier fight songs. It's just something nice instead of the crappy generic caliope music you get when you play as someone from the MAC or WAC.

  Oh, and one more thing- please, for the love of GOD, please fix the players leaving glitch in online dynasties for the new game. This is a royal pain in 09 and I may get a little manic if it continues in '10. I've had teams go to utter crap because of this. Please EA. Please.

  One question: will your rivals change if you change conferences? For example, I'm currently playing an online dynasty as Boise St. and last year I switched from the WAC to the PAC 10 but my rivals are still Idaho, Hawaii, and Fresno St. Hopefully I can either change my rivals or they change automatically since you get a recruiting bump when they visit for a rivalry game- I haven't played a rivalry game in 2 seasons. Kinda hard to justify adding Idaho to your schedule as a PAC 10 team unless you're USC (sorry, had to take a jab).

  I like it! In Ncaa 2010 here are all the things they need

  - Create a tradition and rivalry

  - create a school, mascot,  championship bowl, and cheer squad

  - and maybe improve dynasty

  I think this is great!  If I could suggest....

  Create a conf?  I would like to see the Pac-12

  This would include a create a conf trophy as well.

  Not sure if this is your department but HOW ABOUT A PLAYOFF????

  I like the idea of custom conferences.  It would be nice to be able to restructure the conferences before each season.

  A couple of other online dynasty suggests:

  Create/setup recruiting rules.  

  Example: restict recruiting time(3 hours, 5 hours, etc.)

  Example2: restrict the quaility of players able to be recruited (by star quality, speed, etc).  We restrict offensive players to B+ or lower on offense and no higher than 3 star quality.

  I wish they would make it to where you could change a players ratings, heights, and weights on the dynasty mode. I buy the 2K Basketball Game instead of EA's because you can change all that stuff if you want. It is a game and why would that be resticted, if you want to play it right then don't change it. I just wish I had that option. That would make it perfect, also the recruiting takes to much time.

  It would be great if Ben ever responded back or added people as friends,guess he is too busy. I would like to have a recruit that is a LB /pass rusher,haven't seen that yet in the previous games as well as not allowing the Irish to recruit JC guys since the University doesn't allow them too. When do you guys get the new incoming freshman #'s for the season?

  first of all great job. some things that i would like added to the dynasty mode is the off field problems, (grades, troubles, injuries etc.) also lets say your team has won the championship three years in a row, couldn't there be like a football fund where, they upgrade the staidum and uniforms, (for the uniforms make sure to have alternates). these things will give a gamer more to look forward to then just signing recruits, but also to builder a campus. thank you for all you have done, last thing will the team builder be able to work for the online dynasty?

  im so happy,  i stopped playing ncaa football the past 3 years because i got tired of not having the create a team.  Thank god EA Sports came to it's senses.  I'm so fired up to get back to my tradition of playing it.
