  i would like for the announcers to be more IN DEPTH ANALYSIS AND COMMENTS about the game right before tipoff about the potential matchups and strengths of each team, 1st half feedback before 3rd quarter and overall analysis after the end of the game.

  Maybe disable personal comments for some players when it's no longer true in later years of dynasty mode. Like for Dirk Nowitski, no matter what team he is on in later years of dynasty the annoucers talk about how good of a deal Dallas made bringing him in.

  First off I am happy that you guys are asking us these questions and I will be even more thrilled to actually see this stuff implemented into the game so I can tell my friends "yeah that was my idea" LOL!! But seriously becasuse I have always had a dream of making my own "perfect" B-ball game and I just cant see how some of this stuff isnt already in the game

  1st thing is the CROWD

  The crowd is one of the most important things to make sure u nail in any sports game.  True die-hard fans of sports that play these games cannot be happy with how they sound.  I think for one, and I dont think this would be hard to do is differentiate between a exibition crowd, to regular season sounding crowd, to a playoff atmoshpere crowd.  To this day I have yet to see any game replicate this, the crowds are either not loud enuff or just too loud from the start (2k9)  Nailing the true NBA crowd atmosphere should be just as important as it is in the NCAA games.  I should here more chants and hecklers.  Another realistic thing you guys could add would be to have the tough arenas to play in be a little louder than the pushover teams, cus Staples crowd is loud, Utah crowd should be loud, where as New Jersey barely has anybody in the stands and their crowd shouldnt be as loud.  I think everytime we start a new game there should be a different atmosphere, depending on game mode, rival teams playing, close game, blow-out game.  Another thing is we should be able to pump up the crowd if were trying to comeback in a game, the crowd would stand up and cheer.  I think you guys should go to different playoff games in different arenas and record the sounds from live action.  I hate when sportsgames try to make their own artificaial sounding crowds.

  2nd is the players and coaches

  In the NBA players show emotion and we should be able to hear that emotion.  I was at the Bulls vs Heat game last nite, when Tyrus caught the Oop from Rose over D. Wade he let out a primal sounding scream, we should be able to hear that in the game, or if a player has an emphatic block we should hear him say "Get that weak stuff outta here" Another idea is when a timeout is called, you should have more of a presentation style like ESPN and TNT, They have WIRED and INSIDE TRAX where you hear the coaches talking to the players explaining and saying, "hey guys were getting killed on the board, we need to box out"  or "Are you guys gonna show-up or what"  Or "Good job containg penetration" Jus something to make it sound and look more realistic when were changing our match-ups and strategies (kinda like in Fight Night in between rounds how the cut-man talks to you)

  3rd is Arena sounds

  Have specific sounds for every specific arena.  I should be able to close my eyes and be able to tell which arena Im in.  The Garden has the Bass drums and Organ, Staples has its own sound, Detroit has their horn whistle when they hit a 3, the Pacers have their Race Car sounds, the Bulls have their own arena music they play too.  Hornets have the WOOOO sound everytime Chris Paul socres.....You get the point. Its been mentioned before but also adding different sounds at the freethrow line when a player misses is cool too. And this may be corny but maybe lets get some authentic arena music when time-outs are called.  Like "whomp there it is" or "We will rock you", etc.  When the game is over in Chicago, they play "another one bites the dust"

  4th Presentation sounds

  Now I know EA spent alot of money on the ESPN liscense, but you guys dont use it right.  Look at what NBA 2k4 did when they had the liscense.  They had the game presented by them(ESPN), you heard the espn theme music. At halftime you here it, during highlights. They even had the cscore overlays with ESPN logos.  We know EA made NBA live, it doesnt need to be displayed everywhere you know. We dont watch the "real" games on EA channels we watch it on ESPN. And from what I see currently, All you guys do with the liscense is give us "yesterdays" sports updates in the Academy.  Why not use it for all its worth.  Couldnt hurt and it will give NBA live 10 a fresh new look and sound if you implement it correctly. Now I know Marv and Steve Kerr (who is now a GM)are typically on TNT, but who cares. Even if your liscense is limited and you guys cant add the ESPN feel....take a note from NBA 2k9, they added their own kinda presentation feel and they have their own theme music.

  5th PA announcer

  OMG I have been playing live since 95' and as of i wanna say Live 98' you guys have had the same PA announcer.  If you guys cant give us authentic PA announcer (i kno getting all of them is unrealistic, but at least give us a couple) LA Lakers PA announcer would be great for LA(and they have the LA announcer in 2k also....its limited but if u hit a 3 with Kobe or Odom u may here him) , Pistons PA would be great in Detroit.  But if thats not possible, then at least just give us a new default guy.  I mean Ive been hearing his voice since this game was on Play Station.  It cant be that hard to do.  Quit recylcing old stuff please, pay somebody to record new material.

  Etc

  Rim sounds should be different from arena to arena because some rims are tighter than others, when players block shots they shoudlnt have the "PACK" sound everytime.  Sometimes when i players shot is blocked its deflected and there should be a sound for that or no sound at all.

  Well thats it, a bunch of innovative ideas, I hope to see some of this stuff in the game cus we customers deserve the best ultimate hoops game.  I know everything wont make the cut, but plz include the important things.  And above all make sure the gameplay is great because ultimately that is what is truly important, especially since we have been robbed for the past couple years.  Take note of what 2k does with little things...Im telling you the "little things" make BIG differences.  And it's ok to borrow some sucessful techniques from other companies to make your game better (ex. NBA live's bar freethrow vs 2k's rightstick freethrow)  Everyone needs a little innovation.  Anyway, thanks for listening

  to add on what this last person said is for arean sounds " Utah has the bell sound every time the team hits or three or is at the free throw line". you should also have every teams player introduction right like for united center have it play off the jumbo tron with the bulls running into the opponents bus, or when detroits players are being introuduced they should have the flames coming up. n i totally agree that at least a few PA ANNOUNCERS. Also they should have the coaches and a few players wired and hear them tlking. im kind of tired watching there mouths move but no sound comes out. although on live 09 you can hear the claps and a little tlking. jus make them tlk louder. you know. other then that im a die hard live fan since 2000. never gave up. even though the game makes me mad. I really hope the defense is fixed. When running down court trying to cover a fast break someone like josh smith should be a able 2 go bak down and block it off the backboard or lebron doing the same. When it comes to uniforms pleease include the throw backs. i would really love that. N i do have 1 question. ARE THE PLAYER MODELS GOING TO BE A LITTLE BIGGER BUT SMALLER THEN 2K??? CAUSE TO ME THEIR KINDA 2 SMALL AND SKINNY. thanks for listening.

  Also i forgot to mention that you should put a variety of real life dunks into the game. amd everytime a new dunk happens in real life, it should be put into the game. i would love that.

  I was playing live 09 just now. the game is not bad at all. What i would like to see in live 10 is the bench looking way better and them stand up with different animations getting pumped up by a blow out or a 3 point shot. Also i would like to see steve nash actually lay down when he's out because that's what he does in real life. Not to forget to have few people wear there towels on there head like a hood. EX: KG DOES IT. I really want to see warm up uniforms, that will bring the realism to the game. AND when players get subed in, they take of the warm up shirt and pants. Come on ea dont disappoint me please. Please try to get throw back uniforms on live cause it will look waaaaay better then 2k's. Hopefully for online team play there could be a season mode for clubs. that will be fun. Waiting for more info.

  Yeah Live 09 is a beautiful game, i have almost no complains when it comes to gameplay besides what i stated about the passes..and YES Mechie! steve nash laying down haha awesome...yeh ive been buying since 02 (well i was too young) but ive been playing since 02 and buying STRICKLY EA since 04 sooo hook us up this year!!! MAdden 10 is gonna be unbelievable so i bet live is too... i have faith!

  I think that you guys most definitely need to take advantage of the ESPN License. Giving more, deeper presentation values as well as making the commentary more deeper in terms of discussing the players, the action on the court, and a better halftime report or analysis of some kind, to add to that feel.

  Nba live 2010 neeedsa deeper franchise mode nba live has been getting killed by there franchse modes for the past couple years ! i love live better the presentation and makin it more challenginlike especially on the franchise mode like its nt challengin u can go on a 60 game winning street like it aint nuthin. and u have to do sumthin about this lock down defense its bette on 2k9 cuz it kinds of more realtistic than on live cuzsometime it glitches . annd make that u can control the roles of players and that u can firecoachesin a frachise and hire new ones and the nba allstar weekend put the point gaurd challenge in there and have the allstar practice with each other andtuff like make it LIVE and realistic . also idk y u havent put that u can import plaers from NCCA basketball into live u shud really think about that. put better dunks on their. also amke the olympics paert of the franchise mode and put the summer league in theire to and the d leaugueand that u can send players and sign players from the d-leaugue onto ur team and better presentation on the cout depth analysis past historywith the tam. and tak the that stupid thing off that shows how many point they scored against a team last yr cuz it not accaurate because if u are a rookie how can u have dropped 30 point on a team if uwere in colloge!!! but u really need to think about the impor thing

  when ever there is a bad team playing another bad team, arenas should have most empty seats, such as in real life. when there are good teams playing there should be a sold out game.also if a home team is playing at home and they are getting blown outy start getting up and leaving so when it is in the last half the arensa should be half epty. when the game is over and a home team wins the colorful stuff should star falling from the cieling.and last you guys should add just a little more music while the team is playing like songs from real arenas.and more than one p a anouncer so depending on waht kind of teams are playing.  also can you guys fix were when someone is getting sub that the game shows were they are taking there warm up cloths off and already there jerseys under. also can you make every fan look a little different from the other also the graphic of the crowd.                                                                                                                                                                              Every time a player shots a good ball it looks like they are shooting rainbow shots and every time its a bad shot you know its gonna miss because the ball doest go like a rainboe ball. please fix that so when i shot my shot it will look more realistic. also when players are sitting on the side line only like 5 or 6 players so can you guys fix were the coaches, players, and injured players are sitting down.in real life in the nba when someone shots a game winner or a shot to put them in the lead players on the binch jump out there seats and cher and hold the other players back so they wont get onto the court.can you guys have the players talking to each other on the team trying to call the plays also making more signs for the plyers can call the plays. have the players move a little more around the basket and let them do phisycle work.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       also show that the players are tired like binding over and touching there knees or them touching there hips also show the players taking hard breaths in and out there chest. also when the players shoot free throws show the ref saying how may shots they have left also the ref saying it so folks playing games can hear.                                                                                               also please use signiture shots and dunks in the game try do them for every player if you dont fine. Also the the player introdunction please do this.this probally would make the crowd and fans pumped up an get louder. also show the players shooting around and getting warned up for the game.                                                                                               can you guys make were there is a campus legend on ncaa football or legend on madde were the player starts his career coming from college going to training camp and getting drafted that will realy sell out this game.                                                                                         pleas add more to the allstar game add more details becuase on nba live 09 its just like a regular game. it should be were the atmosphere is like a real nba allstar game.                                                                                                                                                                               thanks for reading i hpoe at least some of these things will be on nba live 10

  Some ideas that will definitely make the game fun and it’s a long list.

  Have a street ball mode where you can select from a l on 1, 2 on 2,3 on 3,4 on 4, and 5 on 5.

  Halfcourt and fullcourt selection.

  You should include famous parks like Rucker park, NY and Venice beach in CA.

  Have a game mode called “Utah”. you can select any NBA player and its basically a free for all game, you can set the point limit and once any player reaches it, they win.

  Example: you have C.Billups, D.Nowitzki, J. Richardson, and D. Howard , it’s a free for all and one of them have to score 15 points by themselves in order to win, shot from inside the 3 is worth 1 point and shots beyond the 3 is worth 2 points.

  You should have a game mode called “situation” so you can challenge yourself and see if you can make a comeback.

  Have a better pre-game presentation. Have  a  halftime and postgame show.

  You should be able to upload music and use it for the arena.

  Have basketball fitting songs that get you in the mood.

  Before a game you should be able to choose any stadium to play in.

  In dynasty have a summer league thing as well as letting us sign d- league players to our team.

  Have an offense and defense rating.

  Have injuries during gameplay and have the option to make them play hurt.

  Have all uniforms including the practice ones.

  Have more colleges out of the U.S. or let us type in the college for create a player. also don’t limit the characters for when you type in a city or state.

  Let us be able to shoot bank shots.

  In dynasty I don’t want to see black players with blonde or red hair or in other words be realistic about the fake players in dynasty ,also have way more hairstyles.

  Let us be able to take players out of high school.

  After shooting a free throw, show the team giving a high five to the player shooting.

  Have a chemistry rating.

  Let the players have emotion.

  Make the playoffs tougher and actually feel like the playoffs as well as the finals.

  When players fall on the floor, have a guy with a mop clean up the sweat.

  Have jump ball situations.

  In dynasty have players change their haircut but don’t give a guy like Lebron a mullet or anything like that.

  Show players shaking hand s and interviewing after a game.

  On a fastbreak it always seems like the defense is catching up and messing up my lay ins.

  General manager > messages,roster, personnel,scouting,free agents, trades, trade block, and team needs

  Don’t make every player cut up because not all players are muscular .

  Have player body types for create a player.

  The player signing should be simpler like have a list of standards that the player would want and if the team doesn’t meet the standards it should say that he’s not interested.

  Have a temper rating for the players.

  Why cant we be able to have new head coaches in dynasty?

  Let us be able to create a team, and new plays,

  In dynasty let expansion teams come in the league once in a while, also have teams relocate, and create new uniforms if they want.

  Let us be able to create coaches.

  Just some suggestions to make this the best game.

  I. The procedural awareness thing is cool but watch for the following bugs, if the object of view which is probably the ball goes behind his back…do u have an exorcist effect meaning will he turn his head in a 360 or at any angle that would look as if he were severely injured or robotic. The running motions should be based on way of real life situations…Lebron James steps back and stands up almost straight until he dives down to duck off into the hole. The fade away needs to look smooth not like a pair of scissors at an angle. The motions for this game must be done over or changed. The graphics on live remind me of the men on the Guinness beer commercial, choppy, sort of jerk for jerk motion….it needs to be smooth

  II. New animations, we gotten so far into this new generation have forgotten about the fundamentals, the spin move, the pro hop, taking it back to live 97 SNES You had the up and unders, the wind up, switching hands, touch passes, behind the back, over the shoulder, You tried to add it into the superstar saga, but you could not control it, Jason Kidd would often throw the ball out of bounds or it would be stolen,  those days need to come back. For the spin move, lets get a tape of penny hardaway, post moves need to be based off the greats, hakeem the dream, for a newer player lets get tim Duncan, Kevin garnett,.

  III. It would also be nice to have some of those players back, wht about the 96-97 orlando team, the 93-94 bulls, when the franchise mode and season get boring lets relive some of the best games in history,

  IV. Lock down D,  two buttons  allowing the user to break down,  you have two joysticks which should be equivalent to two hands, pressing down on them at the same time makes the player  taunt, slapping the floor, player chatter, pumping the crowd up, pressing on one without the other can call for double teams or help  side to side is reaching in it can lead to a foul or a layup at the other end,  the two buttons preferably L2 and R2 shift the defensive player from side to side slide the wrong way, oops somebody tape his ankles up, again these are suggestions they may need a little tweeking.  Another idea maybe is to switch it up, and move side to side with the joysticks and R2 and L2 can be the left and right hands since u control the player with those anyway.

  The offense should be the same way, tough defenders wait to catch you while you are not gaurding the ball, literally call for picks, holding up the hand and pointing to the player, the point gaurd should be the quarterback of the court able to hide his plays with combinations in the controller....the ball handling skills animate too slow, this becomes a problem with players like chris paul who has the ball on a yoyo, he dribbles as well as they come....the leg and footwork need to be more polished, in the clutch, u have to be extra careful, show that in the players, some intensity, screaming louder player chatter, so the offense can hear the play, using the animation of using one hand as a bull horn, shoulder to player, hand checking from the defender, look at players like chauncey billups, who famous for his ball handling in the clutch....lets get some intensity in big games and down the stretch in clutch finishes...holdups under the goal, wrap ups for jumpballs, bodies hitting the floor.....i have yet to see a game that captures the playoff intensity that im enjoying now during the post seaseon, players going to the bench to patch up minor cuts and wounds

  Some new animations u can add are hanging on the rim too much will equal a technical shot, ejections when tauting becomes too much, unsportmanlike conduct,.....

  V. The blocks need to have the volley ball spike effect, according to how hard they are swatted, lets get some player chatter, AHHHHHH, UUUUUhhhuuun, or that’s beat, get that out of here, Not just one type of block, Lets get the backboard sound when it gets pinned, knocking one into the crowd and falling into the camera man…..jammed in the air with a hand on both sides of the ball, until they both come down……wade and lebron watching the back door for the small guards and they come over the top and destroy the ball right into the opposing bench.  

  VI. The crowd needs to be part of the game, often when I play a basketball  games, this invisible glass is between the crowd and the game the game should be one, meaning artest diving for a loose ball and flies over the announcer booth right into craig sager, into the opposing bench and into the camera section. The crowd aren’t involved they should be involved meaning when lebron touches the ball in L.A. a shower of boos come from overhead, or when the ref makes a questionable call, and they should get into clutch games chanting defense, or M.V.P. …the announcers need to be more enthusiastic with someone who is on fire ….the infamous phrase “he’s a flamethrower”…or “hes just sick” too often it sounds as if it’s a recorder behind the screen and it plays the same quotes til the point where u can predict them. For example of announcing look up vince carters top ten plays on nba live on youtube I think those were added to that video…..thats the way they should be….. If it’s a game they can talk abt the crowd being pumped up or Kobe shooting the lights out of the other team.

  VII. Lets get some highlights at halftime, from the present game and the games around the nba, and please take clips from the game and not a couple of moves slammed together for repetitive purposes…lets tune in to a rookie race whether its with espn in the game or after the game (I heard that you all bought those rights)……u get put out the playoffs you go fishing..with kenny, barkeley, and hubie brown, switch up the topics, rookie race, mvp race, defensive team etc……..this keeps you interested in playing the whole 82 games just to see if your hell of a game made sportscenter or this dunk you did made the top ten plays.

  VIII. The rookie classes either need to have better ratings or they need better and quicker ways to improve, too often the number one draft pick has a 70 ovrll, you cant do anything with that but get crushed all season….Have some players come in with some swag, headbands jordans on, nikes on, and a killa game…u can randomize it because to tell u the truth u cant tell the franchise players from the bust put that all on the user’s judgment.

  The player signing should be simpler like have a list of standards that the player would want and if the team doesn’t meet the standards it should say that he’s not interested.

  Have a temper rating for the players.

  Why cant we be able to have new head coaches in dynasty?

  Let us be able to create a team, and new plays,

  In dynasty let expansion teams come in the league once in a while, also have teams relocate, and create new uniforms if they want.

  Let us be able to create coaches.

  Just some suggestions to make this the best game.

  if possible have the euro teams too and in franchise let the players be able to join the nba from the d league or euro league.

  i think live shoul iclude ejections and suspensions. for example guys should be able to argue with the ref or push another player. there should be techs. there also should be a brawl scenario where the two teams can brawl. there should be a D league there should be allstar votes. and it should show the draft picks going on stage and the awars should be shown given out. there should be a shootaround and halftime show stuff like that

  they should have announcers say the player's names like they do in real life and if they are at the the free throw line they should shooting 2 are a the charity strike

  if someone gets traded in franchise mode (or whatever the name is, im a 2k fan so i dont know) it should be announced in the game

  you guys can really learn from 2k honestly

  put "pickup games" or street games

  better crowds

  take advantage that 2k hasnt put a career mode, like a superstar mode from MADDEN

  i remember when i played nba live 08, the defense was really bad

  you should cut scenes

  like when you win the championships

  and more than one, so when you win, its not the same thing over and over

  and i love this about 2k, LIVING ROSTERS, the roster updates within like 24 hours

  pressing A or X doesnt feel authentic, 2k flicks the right joy stick
