  For Topspin 92...and everyone else...the Madden NFL 10 Draft Experience is going to be SO much more than just us arguing at a white board.  (Although, I have to admit, it's fun to get Jason and Rob fired up and arguing with each other.)  On EA SPORTS Live Friday we'll give more announcements around the experience and early next week we'll have another video that shows more of what to expect.  We think you'll really enjoy what we have in store for next Saturday.

  standard time and daylight savings should be a factor in the game's weather because if it's october and you have a game at about 4:00 in the 2nd/3rd quarter it should a dark.

  Realistically, his speed will be a 85. However, the 85 speed rating has risen in value, because the ratingd have beed trimmed down. Therefore, this year the ratings will look weird as only a chosen few(Devin hester, guys like Johnnie Lee Higgins, Chris Johnson) will have high 90 speed ratings. So, Crabtree will be able to run away from guys like Samari Rolle, who should be slower, meaning aroung an 80. That seems so wierd though.

  HurricaneT, I am not discounting your claims. Yes, 09 franchise mode was very dry. Yes, 2k5 brought back memories that I long forgot. But realize that the reason the games have been bad was because they never got their feed back soon enough, in the previous blog, He said they had it about a week before the release date. Since they are having it now, they will have more time to implement things.

  And all Im saying is think carefulla bout what you wanna say. Gather your ideas and pt them in a nicely constructed post. EA will mostly likely read it if its that way.

  Hey Ian...I know you guys were planning on an athlete being on the cover of madden 10...but ever since I heard John Madden is retiring this season, i think that he should be on the cover of the game. If not & you guys still decide to put an NFL athlete on the cover, Im a diehard Steelers fan but i dont want the madden curse to happen to anyone on the Steelers roster. But if you ask me I really think that Larry Fitzgerald deserves to be the cover boy. He had a good season & great playoffs! Just putting in my two cents.

  BTW...have more equipment such as different size sleeves. (tom brady/matt ryan/tavaris jackson)

  Also let us choose when we want these sleeves on. In past games I would create a player & he would wear the sleeves 24/7, not matter what weather. I hate this! Let us have options like "Cold Only" or "Always".

  warrior310 do u even have madden b/c i went and added you as a friend on ps3 b/c i remember you said you had a ps3 but when i went to go see your madden 09 online record it was 0-0 and when i asked you to play a online game you talked me a don'y even play madden and you said i don't give a f*#% if my record is 0-1000 and you were referring to your record, and plus you tell everybody who add you as a friend that you never even posted a comment and that someone must be using your ID name

  and if i remember if you make a ps3 online name they don't let you get a mane someone else has even if you use the same email address, people this guy is fake and don't even care nothing about madden, if you dont believe me try to add warrior310 as a friend and you'll see his record is 0-0 online but i'm pretty sure he might not accept you know b/c i told the truth

  hopefully this year you wont put all your time into a rookie who at the end of the season decides he is not going to progress despite rushing for 1400 yards and 12 touchdowns. What about drafting fullbacks and no matter what they get in the season they will still degress after their rookie campaing. Also im sick of so many freakishly good cornerbacks in the draft the good ones are always 85-89 and there are so many of them.

  how about francise stats. for example if you were the colts there should be a seperate page (like the nfl record bit) but it shows you the alltime leaders in every stat for your francise like payton manning owning pretty much every colts passing record. I think that this would make the francise part beter(francise is the only reason i keep buying the game every year hoping it will return to its former glory)

  The rating has to be at least 95 to get that reaction i beleve. But, hey they always overrank guys speed when they come into the league. Perfect example last year was McFadden, started at a 97 and couldnt be caught, by the first or second roster update he was down to a 95. If you don't think 2 points for speed is a big difference then you really must not play madden. Or if you do you play on easy or against bums online. Now he is getting caught by almost any cb when before if you hit a hole he was gone

  well its a few things they should fix they should make it to where when your online and the opponenet your playing quits they should let u leave the game to but with a win b/c i get tired of when people quit and we have to finish the game off against the computer

  - when you ask what play to run they should let u ask your off coordinator and def coordinator b/c i get tired of asking madden i don't have a problem with madden but it just doesnt feel real asking madden and when the coordinator calls the play base it on what they would really call in real life

  - they should let us hit the qb late even if he gets the ball out 3 seconds before the hit add horse collar penalty, make it to wear the qb point out the blitzer like tom brady does

  - make rival games much more tougher and make it to where rival games have diffrent tackles then just a regular game and only the only time you get the harder hits is when you have a rival game, add trash talking, pushing, yelling at players or coaches

  - make rain/snow/wind have a real impact in the game b/c when you play in those type of weather games it doesnt seem like it has no impact, make the balls come out wobble when the qb throw/more fumbles/harder for recivers to catch/harder to kick field goals

  - please have players with realistic sizes and musles b/c bob sanders look like a toothpick and hit like a girl do something about that and every qb throw far whats up with that not ever qb throw far and for sure not all of them have the same amount of accuracy

  have coaches with weapons like for ex. mike tomlin would be a players coach and motivating coach while bill bilicheck would be ambassador of the team

  in franchise mode could you fix the salary cap thing in the free agent wire where i try to sign a QB no matter who he is and he accepts the deal it will say,cannot sign player because it will exceed the salary cap.(it only does it to the QB's please fix it).

  ya'll people are sumthing else it seems like ya'll will never get along and maddenkilla it was over already and you gotta go make comments to start another problem, like we didnt know warrior310 had altercations with people, but thats over and thats in the past who cares bout it now

  In Madden Nfl 10, it would be tight if  you run a corner route in the endzone with larry fitzgerald or randy moss and actually make the receiver and corner go for a jump pass. and if the players on the side line were actually the real players. new celebrations, and if there is a game winning touchdown or feild goal have a camera veiw where u can see the players on the sideline running on the field for a dog pile. those things will make madden more enjoyable. thank you for taking the time out and reading this. Keep up the good work.

  P.S. use the deion shuffle as one of the celebrations or lt's ball flick or the popcorn celebration. maybe the bowling celebration. Thank You

  also just pointing out, the ratings guy said larry fitz was the best receiver in football. hes most likely a 99 in the game

  I agree with the comments about the Sega 2K series and their half time and end of week shows showing game clips as well as streaming of other game scores during the game. That was AWESOME and realistic. There were some aspects of the 2K series that need to be added to Madden.

  what is wrong with you people? DeAngelo Hall rating should have increased based on his performance from the Raiders. Smoot played well and it was't Devin Thomas fault that the Coach didn't call his number. I will boycot this Madden if the ratings don't change. DC in the HOUSE!!!
