This week's roster update went live this morning and included some National Team line updates and NHL-AHL transactions up to the roster freeze.  Please note, as we've mentioned before, that not all National Teams are reflective of their current Olympic rosters as we don't have all player contracts for all countries.

PORTLAND, Maine...The Canadian AHL All-Stars opened the 2010 Time Warner Cable AHL All-Star Classic with an 18-12 victory over their PlanetUSA counterparts in the 2010 Ducks Unlimited AHL All-Star Skills Competition at the Cumberland County Civic Center on Monday evening.

The Canadian squad will go for the sweep when the 2010 Time Warner Cable AHL All-Star Classic continues on Tuesday night (8:00 p.m. ET) with the annual AHL All-Star Game. Check theahl.com for air times and channels along the AHL All-Star Classic television network.

This morning the team pushed out Roster Update #6 for NHL 10 fans to download.  Big thanks to all those that provided their feedback in the Rosters Forum where our team dives into for the latest revision requests.

This week’s update which should be live this weekend consists of over 120 new players in the game with 42 players added to the NLA - Swiss League and 80 players added to AHL teams.

The NHL 10 team has released a 3rd Roster Update which is now live online and through the in-game manual update feature.

Here are the details on the update:

- Updated the Swedish Elite League to include all transfers and rookies

- Created 45 rookies for the SEL (includes Anton Rodin, Tim Erixon, and Adam Larsson)

- 45 PHPA signee's added onto AHL teams

Moving forward, the team will be updating one Euro League per update until all the leagues are updated.
