  • Fight Night Round 4 Demo: PrimetimeSA vs. Raczilla Analysis

After having logged about 50 hours with the new Fight Night Round 4 preview there are several things I wanted to highlight.  Over the past many weeks we have been getting pretty steady updates from the FNR4 team with everything from game-play and controls to venues and rosters.  Finally, after 3 ½ years, we actually get a little hands-on preview.

Joe Tessitore and Teddy Atlas.  I have to say I missed Joe Tessitore and the updated audio tracks were really nice to hear.  Teddy Atlas is a legend and I have always really appreciated the way he analyzes a fight. The two of them breaking down the Pacquiao-Hatton 3-round preview was very cool.  I did not know about Hatton’s background and now, thanks to Atlas and the FNR4 crew, I do.

The Venue.  Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey, is a classic venue and the arch of the lights and the way the ring is lit looks slick and realistic.

Game-Play.  Wow!  I mean… Wow!  I watched the Hatton-Pacquiao fight.  Hatton was obliterated.  I really wanted to take control of Hatton because it was clear to me that he allowed the Pacman to control the style of the fight.  Hatton should have worked inside and muscled Pacquiao a little.  To test my theory I challenged raczilla and here is how it turned out:

  • NCAA Football 10: What is TeamBuilder?

Launching soon, TeamBuilder is a web-based create-a-school feature that will allow anyone with Internet access to log on to teambuilder.easports.com to create and share schools with the rest of the NCAA Football 10 community. These created schools can be downloaded in the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of NCAA Football 10 and can be used in Play Now, Dynasty, and Online Dynasty modes. TeamBuilder will go live approximately one month before the launch of NCAA Football 10. For more, Jason Thompson of EA SPORTS Live sat down with NCAA Football 10 Producer Russ Kiniry to chat.
